Distance
5 km run/walk
Purpose
To promote and popularize sport and healthy living in Tartu. To offer joy of movement outdoors.
Age limits
All who are fit to complete the distance, can participate in the run/walk. Underage children need the permission of a parent. Both nordic walking and regular walking are allowed on the walk distance.

W15/M15 – born 2003 and later
W20/M20 – born 1997-2002
W/M – born 1979-1997
W40+/M40+ – born 1978 and earlier

Registration and fees
Pre-registration is via internet www.tartutriatlon.ee until July 17th. Issuing of the start materials, registration and re-registration is at race center on July 20th
If the event is canceled due to force majeure entry fees will not be refunded.

Confirmation of registration
The competitor is registered only after payment. The fee will be calculated by the time of payment, NOT by the time of registration.
By registering the participant declares to be responsible for own health status and agrees that the organizer is not liable for health damage or loss of personal property or money occuring during the event.
Fee on run distance includes:
- marked and secured course
- race number
- electronic timing
- luggage service
- medical aid
- sports drinks on course and at finish
- participant t-shirt
Awards on run distance
Best three men and women overall and in each age group will be awarded.

Run/walk race course
The start is near race center, close to river Emajõgi. One lap of 5 km is flat and goes along asphalt roads.
Timing
Timing chips are provided by race organizers and must be returned to them after the race. If the chip is lost, the competitor must pay for it (45 euros).
Time limits
Run course will be closed 20.00
Walking course will be closed 20.00
Medical aid
Race organizers provide medical aid during the whole race.
Lost and found
All items found will be taken to race information desk.
