COMPETITION INSTRUCTIONS

The Otepää Rally Rally is organized  following these competition instructions and the competition regulations of the Estonian Cyclists' Union (EJL).
Otepää Rattaralli is registered in the EJL calendar as a category three competition and will take place on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Otepää, Valga county.
The competition center is at theTehvandi Skiing Center  parking lot.

Registration and management
Registration for Otepää Rattaralli (except for registration on site) takes place only on the website: www.sportos.eu or by official Baltic cup exel sheet.

Entry fees
Pre-registration for the main trip until 20.04.2022 - 30 €.
Minirally I 20 €
Minirally II 15 €
Minirally III 7 €
Registration for the main race on the day of the competition on the spot - 50 €.
Registration for mini rallies on the day of the competition 30 €
.


The entry fee includes: the marked course, the start number, the time (only for the correctly installed start number) and the result in the protocol, the awarding of the best, if necessary, first aid.

On the day of the competition, it is possible to register up to an hour before your start by paying the bike rally participation fee in cash. Registration is a one-time advance payment. The competitor is considered to be registered after receiving the entry fee to the organizer's current account. If you cancel your participation, regardless of the reasons, the participation fee will not be refunded. The costs of the competitors and their representatives will be borne by the sender.

Issuance and re - registration of numbers
Issuance of competitors' numbers to pre-registered only on the day of the competition in the competition center from 08.00 - 12.00.

Rewarding
In the main distance, the three best men and three best women, the best MJ and NJ, the best M16 and N16 and the best Senior will be awarded. The 23rd kilometer of the main race has an intermediate finish, the winner of which will be awarded a souvenir. In the mini-rally, the three best riders in the absolute standings will be awarded.

Technical assistance
Competitors of the main race are allowed to be sent by escort cars, the driver of the escort car must have a valid license of the competitor, coach or manager. An application for technical assistance on the route of the vehicle must be submitted to the secretariat of the competition on the day of the competition by 11.00. The order of the escort cars will be drawn at the meeting of the representatives. The organizer does not provide spare parts or technical assistance on the route. Breakers are guaranteed transport back to the starting point.

Medical assistance
Medical assistance will be provided at the start of the race, during the race from the race doctor's car and, if necessary, by the ambulance brigade.

Penalties
Penalties are applied in accordance with the UCI regulations and the EJL regulations.

Other important information
It is mandatory to wear a helmet on all rides. Participation in the competition is at your own risk. Possibility of washing in Tehvandi Sports Hall after the ride. The cycling track is open to traffic. Participants are obliged to follow the traffic rules, follow the traffic signs and the signals of the traffic controllers. Competitors must move to the right side of the road without the escort of the police or track guards. Young athletes holding an EJL license must comply with the transfer restrictions set out in the competition regulations.
Participants are not allowed to use any type of racing equipment at all starts. The results are published on the websites www.ejl.ee and www.sportos.eu.
By registering, the competitor confirms that he has read the competition instructions. All issues not specified in the instructions are decided by the panel of judges.
