REGISTREERIMINE ja OSALUSTASUD
Eelregistreerida saab internetis www.ironman.com/tallinn kuni 29. juulini 2018 (23.59). Registreerides enne 22. juulit saab osaleja nimelise stardinumbri. Stardimaterjalide väljastamine ja kohapeal registreerimine toimub võistluskeskuses Lennusadamas kolmapäeval (1.08) kuni 1h enne starti. Stardimaterjalide kättesaamisel on võistlejal kohustuslik esitada lapsevanema/eestkostja poolt allkirjastatud luba. Loa leiate väljaprintimiseks meie koduleheküljelt.
Osalustasud
IRONKIDS Aquatlon - eelregistreerides 11 eurot, kohapeal 15 eurot.
IRONKIDS 1,5 km jooks - eelregistreerides 6 eurot, kohapeal 10 eurot (ajavõttu ei toimu).
IRONKIDS 500 m jooks - eelregistreerides 6 eurot, kohapeal 10 eurot (ajavõttu ei toimu).
Osalustasus sisaldub registreerimiskeskkonna (Sportos.eu) teenustasu.
Kõik juhendis toodud hinnad sisaldavad käibemaksu 20%.
IRONKIDS võistlejatele on tagatud:
- professionaalne korraldus MTÜ Sportlik Eesti poolt
- finišeeruja medal
- finišeeruja t-särk
- kingitused sponsoritelt
- nimeline number (registreerides kuni 22. juulini)
- ujumismüts (aquatlonil osalejatele)
UJUMISMÜTS
Aquatloni ujumisdistantsi ajal on kohustuslik kanda korraldaja poolt antud ujumismütsi.
VÕISTLUSNUMBER
Võistleja on kohustatud jooksurajal kandma võistlusnumbrit.
VÕISTLEJATE INFOTUND
IRONKIDS võistlejate infotunnid toimuvad kolmapäeval (01.08) 10 minutit enne igat starti stardialas.
STARDIALA
Stardialad asuvad Lennusadama territooriumil.
VÕISTLUSRADA
Ujumine – toimub Lennusadama akvatooriumis
Jooks – toimub Lennusadama territooriumil ja Kalaranna tänava kergliiklusteel.
Vahetusala - Võistluste vahetusala asub Lennusadama territooriumil. Vahetusalasse pääseb ainult osaleja.
AJAVÕTT
Ajavõtukiibid antakse aquatlonil võistlejatele koos stardimaterjalidega ning kogutakse peale võistlust kokku. Kaotatud kiibi eest esitatakse 45-eurone arve võistlejale.
IRONKIDS 500 m ja 1,5 km jooksu distantsidel aega ei võeta.
TOITLUSTAMINE
Võistluse järel pakutakse võistlejatele vett.
MEDITSIINILINE ABI
Võistluse korraldaja tagab meditsiiniabi olemasolu võistluse ajal ja samuti vetelpäästjad ujumise ajal.
AUTASUSTAMINE
Esemelised auhinnad võistlusklasside D, C ja B kolmele paremale poisile ja tüdrukule.

Belonging to an age group is considered by the competitor’s age on 31st December 2018.
REGISTRATION AND FEES
Pre-registration is open online on www.ironman.com/tallinn until 29th July 2018 (23.59).
Registering before 22nd July ensures the competitor a personalized race number. Issuing of the race materials and on the spot registration is at the race centre in Seaplane Harbour on Wednesday (01.08) until 1 hour before respective start. In order to receive the race materials it is compulsory to present a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Printable waiver is available on our website.
Participation fees
IRONKIDS Aquatlon – pre-registration 11 Euros, on the spot 15 Euros.
IRONKIDS 1,5 km run – pre-registration 6 Euros, on the spot 10 Euros (no timing).
IRONKIDS 500 m run – pre-registration 6 Euros, on the spot 10 Euros (no timing).
Participation fees include the service fees of the registration system (Spotos.eu).
All prices include 20% VAT.
IRONKIDS participation fees include:
- Professional organising by NGO Sportlik Eesti
- Finisher’s medal
- Finisher’s T-shirt
- Gifts from sponsors
- Personalized race number (registering before 22nd July)
- Swim cap (for aquatlon)
SWIMMING CAP
It is compulsory to wear the swimming cap provided by the organizers during the swim of the aquatlon.
RACE NUMBER
Competitors must wear race number on the run course.
RACE BRIEFING
The briefings for IRONKIDS competitors are on Wednesday (01.08) 10 minutes before the respective start at the start area.
START AREA
Start areas are on the territory of the Seaplane Harbour.
RACE COURSE
Swim – in the Seaplane Harbour’s aquatorium
Run – on the territory of the Seaplane Harbour and the pathways on Kalaranna Street.
Transition area – Transition area is on the territory of the Seaplane Harbour. Only competitors are allowed in the transition area.
TIMING
Timing chips are distributed to aquatlon competitors with the race materials and collected after the finish. Losing a timing chip costs 45€ and must be compensated by the competitor.
There no timing for IRONKIDS 500m and 1,5 km runs.
SERVICING
Competitors are provided water after the finish.
MEDICAL AID
The organisers ensure medical aid during the competition and lifeguards during the swim.
AWARDS CEREMONY
Prizes for the three best boys and girls of age groups D, C and B.
